1. Booking & Reservation

By completing a reservation through our booking engine, you enter into a binding agreement with the accommodation provider. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email with your reservation number.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Free cancellation rates may be cancelled without charge up to the deadline stated in your confirmation. Non-refundable rates are charged in full upon booking and cannot be cancelled or modified.

3. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is from 15:00. Check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment partner. The total amount includes room charges, selected extras, and applicable taxes. Prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data provided during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your reservation and communicating relevant information. We process your data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR.

6. Liability

The accommodation provider is liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health caused by negligent or intentional breach of duty. For other damages, liability is limited to cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
